Delivery Conditions

Ex stock orders will normally be despatched within 3 working days.

Where items are not in stock the customer will be contacted via e-mail within 3 working days, advised of anticipated delivery availability and offered the option of cancellation of order or despatch of goods immediately on receipt by AroneShop.

Faulty goods should be immediately notified to AroneShop and returned via normal post or carrier.

Replacement or, if a replacement is not available within 21 days, a refund will be made as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned items.

Manufacturers' warranties will apply.

Prices for UK orders include VAT, postage and packing. For orders placed from outside of the UK the price includes postage and packing.

Shipping will be via normal post unless extra cost courier service is specified. Please e-mail us with your special requirements for individual quotation.
